This lovely beer comes in at 8.5% ABV with a smooth 76 IBU’s. In just a few words the Sassy Lass is: An imperial stout that is a tribute beer to the brewer’s girlfriend; she is rich in flavor, silky smooth in the mouth, followed by a dry finish. She is a perfectly balanced dark beer intended to keep one, warm, happy and in check during those cold winter days.  You are bound to fall for this one!
